Our consultants are also passionate about their work. Josh enjoys helping clients find more efficient ways of doing the tasks that result in better operations and improved care for patients. He says, “The conversation often begins with, “that’s the way we’ve always done it” and hopefully ends with, “wow, this is so much easier!’ Believe it or not, Susan is passionate about data – she says she has not yet met a data set she did not like and from which she could not extract something useful. Compensation & Benefits At Freed Associates, we take care of our employees because happy, productive consultants uphold the standards of excellence expected of our company. COMPREHENSIVE Freed covers 100% of health insurance premiums – medical, dental, and vision – for eligible employees and their dependents. We also pay for each eligible employee’s life, AD&D, short-term disability and long-term disability insurance premiums. In addition, Freed employees are eligible for Profit Sharing, can participate in a 401(k) and receive Paid Time Off. Participation and eligibility is subject to the terms of the applicable plans.
