Shanti
Wilson
With a wealth of healthcare experience spanning 25 years, Shanti has worked with organizations at the federal, state, and local levels, including Medi-Cal, Public Health, CMS, health plans, health systems, hospitals, and rural providers. By leveraging deep expertise in designing and implementing changes to support CMS, ONC, Medi-Cal, and other federal and state requirements, Shanti advises clients on developing strategies, governance, and infrastructure to reduce risk and achieve regulatory compliance. Her experience has included designing a nationwide strategy to meet compliance requirements for a multi-state health plan, driving policy and operational improvements to manage regulatory audits, and providing advisory services to a public entity preparing for upcoming healthcare legislative mandates.
With her strong skills in building teams and fostering collaboration across executive teams, clinical leaders, staff, and administration, Shanti supports healthcare organizations in responding to — and preparing for — the evolving regulatory landscape.
As the public healthcare sector continues to face mounting challenges with rising costs, poor access to high-quality and equitable care, and persistent workforce shortages, Shanti guides clients through this transformation of healthcare delivery with long-term strategies that improve affordability, access, and quality.
