With more than 25 years of healthcare management consulting experience, Mike has worked with a range of health systems and medical groups, supporting strategy implementation, program governance and portfolio management, and successful delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives. He has a focus on operational transformations and working with healthcare organizations to maximize financial performance. In this capacity, Mike has led key initiatives from strategy to implementation, including the development of new operating models and shared services capabilities, finance and revenue cycle management improvements, Medi-Cal transformation, systems planning and implementation efforts, ambulatory facilities strategy, and operational improvements across the continuum of care including at-home settings.
Whether framing an actionable plan to implement a strategic initiative, developing business cases, building multidisciplinary teams and governance structures, or defining strategies for leadership communications and stakeholder engagement, Mike excels at bringing companies through major transitions. Mike earned his Master of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Notre Dame.
