With over 20 years of healthcare experience, Mark has proven success collaborating with clients to enhance their business strategies and processes through healthcare system selections, implementations, upgrades, and optimization. He has served as a lead and subject matter expert on IT projects focused on electronic health records, health information exchanges, enterprise resource planning systems, practice management systems, hospital information systems, patient portals, and health plan core transaction systems. Mark also has expertise in facility planning, business process optimization, and portfolio and program management.
His experience, flexibility, and skills allowed him to quickly work with his clients to address their ever-changing needs during the COVID-19 pandemic. His keen knowledge of the healthcare industry and related information systems has enabled clients to achieve significant cost savings and improve the patient experience. Mark earned his Master of Public Health from Columbia University and his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Binghamton University. Mark is a certified Project Management Professional.
