With almost 20 years of healthcare delivery experience, Liz is an experienced Lean practitioner and facilitator who has driven large-scale organizational transformations, process redesign initiatives, and facility moves and consolidations. She has extensive experience in both hospital and outpatient settings, including primary care, radiology, oncology, perioperative services, and cardiology.
Liz is skilled at facilitating team-based improvements, training teams on Lean management, and specializes in leadership coaching. She has a proven track record in driving measurable improvements in capacity, utilization, patient safety, and patient satisfaction. Liz holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a Master of Medical Sciences and a Master of Public Health in Health from Boston University. She is Lean certified and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt.
