As Freed’s Delivery Leader, Josh brings nearly 20 years of healthcare experience. He is responsible for overall service execution, client value realization, and risk mitigation. Freed’s consultants report to Josh, and he oversees the Engagement Manager Program, which ensures that every project has the support and leadership needed to produce the highest possible results. Josh leads the Talent Resource team, which ensures that Freed maintains an exceptional pool of consultants to meet our client’s needs.

As a consultant, Josh worked with a wide array of healthcare organizations, including hospitals, health systems, and health plans to lead operational redesign initiatives, implement new systems, and facilitate alignment and integration of joint venture and acquisition efforts. Versatile and strategic, Josh has helped healthcare organizations navigate all phases of an engagement lifecycle, from project evaluation and decision-making to planning and implementation through stabilization, ensuring changes are sustainable and drive value.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. He is an aspiring gardener, cook, photographer, and seasoned traveler. Josh earned his Master of Business Administration from Babson College and his Bachelor of Science in History from New York University.
