Heather Lee

Heather Lee joined Freed Associates in 1999 and has worked in a variety of consulting and operational roles. As Freed’s historian, Heather provides support to Freed client delivery and solutions by leveraging past work products and facilitating the development of new methodologies and tools. Heather collaborates with Freed’s Client Solutions Team to assign the right resources to projects and maintains relationships with our collaboration partners.  Heather manages internal company initiatives and coordinates biannual client satisfaction surveys. Previously a Freed consultant, Heather served in various project management roles on large systems implementation projects for health system clients.

Prior to joining Freed Associates, Heather drove systems design/development and change management projects for Deloitte Consulting’s public sector practice and led product management, payer advocacy and reimbursement optimization at a pharmaceutical consulting firm.  Heather earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from Georgetown University. Outside the office, Heather can be found paddle boarding, kayaking or boating on the Atlantic Ocean or Sebago Lake.
