With more than 10 years of healthcare experience, Gabe has deep expertise in deploying strategic initiatives, leading clinical and operational process improvement as well as implementing Lean management systems within healthcare. He collaborates with healthcare clients to transform their operations by reducing costs, improving care transitions, increasing quality outcomes, and implementing performance monitoring systems. Prior to his position with Freed Associates, Gabe worked for academic medical centers as a Process Improvement Consultant, Operational Excellence Partner, and in Supply Chain teaching and coaching Lean management systems and improving critical operations.

Gabe is adept at forming multidisciplinary project teams to coordinate across silos and continuously improve through root-cause problem-solving and process improvement. He holds a BSE in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan. Gabe is a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt and SAFe Agilist.
