With nearly 25 years as a healthcare consultant, Eliza applies her vast healthcare industry knowledge to a wide array of client operational upgrades, system implementations, workflow optimization initiatives, and facility moves and space consolidations. As a highly experienced project strategist and manager, she has helped hospitals, health plans, major medical groups, and large insurance carriers to improve patient experience, achieve efficiencies and cost savings, and more effectively manage facilities and technology.

Clients consistently credit her as a “go-to” resource with a calm presence that helps lead teams to complex implementations and go-lives. She effectively works across clinical, business, and technology resources to achieve sustainable results. Outside of work, Eliza enjoys competitive sailboard racing on San Francisco Bay, cooking and eating good food, environmentalism, and her family. Eliza earned her Bachelor of Arts in European Studies from Barnard College at Columbia University.
