With over 20 years of strategy, business development, program implementation, and project management experience across the healthcare landscape, Doris is customer-focused and analytical. She has helped healthcare companies launch large programs and products and achieve member and revenue growth, cost savings, and new customer experiences. In her career, she has worked with health plans, digital health companies, healthcare government entities, and pharmaceutical/biotechnology organizations.

Doris is skilled at commercialization, go-to-market strategy and implementation, and cross-functional leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives. Outside of work, Doris enjoys adventures with her family and friends and golfing. She holds a Master of Business Administration and Master of Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University. She is a certified SAFe Agilist. She also serves as a board member for an elder care organization.
