Affable and engaging, Chelsea has a passion for helping healthcare organizations enhance their revenue cycle management practices. With nearly 15 years of healthcare experience, she has worked with a wide array of healthcare systems, hospitals, and physician groups leading initiatives to enhance patient access services, denial management, billing, and follow-up programs. Additionally, Chelsea has extensive experience in operational readiness related to national healthcare regulation. She has partnered with healthcare organizations to complete detailed regulatory reviews, analyze operational impact, and implement long-term readiness plans.
Chelsea brings analytical rigor to her projects, ensuring change recommendations address root causes. She is skilled in process improvement, department redesign, policy development, and staff training. Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys traveling with her family – some of her favorite cities include Cape Town, Florence, and Murren. Chelsea earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Barnard College at Columbia University.
