Carolina Rayzel brings over ten years of healthcare experience to the clients she serves. Carolina has helped a variety of hospitals, health systems, home health agencies, physician groups, and managed care organizations execute their business strategies and optimize processes. She consistently applies her vast knowledge and expertise in digital health, software implementation, training design, and project management to help clients save money and enhance patient care.

Some of her notable successes in patient experience and care management include implementing new remote patient monitoring, digital rounding, and patient communication programs. Carolina holds a Master of Health Administration from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience from the University of Michigan.
